Studio AB offers a complete range of design services. Cost varies depending on scope and location of project.

CONSULTAION SESSIONS:
The cost for an on-site consultation assessment session is $300 for projects located in Seattle and north Puget Sound. Payment is accepted at the appointment time or will be invoiced following our session together.
During this 60-to-90-minute on-site consultation session, we will discuss your goals and dreams; as well as explore the possibilities, lifestyle, and any site or budgetary constraints. You are welcome to take notes and ask questions or share images and ideas during the session. I will follow up with a summary and any other pertinent information. Our schematic design process involves clearly defining the client’s goals, covering the overall scope of the project, property research, and site analysis. Then we dive into the details and assist with the transition from design to project construction.

With our experience steeped in landscape architecture, horticulture, art, and design-build management; we strive to craft gardens, private, and public spaces that are a joyous hybrid of architecture and nature's innate artistry.

Inspiration often stems from abstract forms of nature found in abundance here in the Pacific Northwest, as well as from elements found in Japanese and Scandinavian design aesthetic.
Design detailing, permit work, and construction documentation are often necessary to generate a thorough installation estimate. We have experience detailing the components of various elements of a landscape such as drainage planning, retaining walls, and carpentry work.
We also offer 3D modeling / rendering and ‘as-built’ drawing production.

We are licensed seasoned design professionals with several decades of experience designing and building gardens in the greater Seattle area. We strive for top-notch quality, sustainable material use, and expert craftsmanship as the budget allows.

Beyond our design services, Studio AB also offers project supervision and plant brokering services.
​
Our ability and knowledge of landscape construction and materials costs, 'means and methods', and our network of reliable and skilled contractors helps to make the transition into the installation phase smooth and efficient.

We can do the reconnaissance work needed to find the right species and site appropriate plant material. Our experience in horticulture, knowledge of the Pacific Northwest plant world, and familiarity with several local nurseries can save time, ensure optimal quality, and sustainable success.
